Man charged after drunk driving accident results in fatality

A Massachusetts man is facing grave criminal charges for his apparent role in an accident that left one person dead. According to law enforcement authorities, the driver was arrested after striking someone who was in his yard, then striking a parked vehicle. The individual hit by the car was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Police noted the driver was showing signs of impairment.
